A university materials laboratory and new energy battery company applied the Laboratory Flat Film Coater for R&D and pilot production of lithium battery electrodes, semiconductor films, flexible electronics and optical coatings. The machine integrates blade, bar and slot die coating modes, with vacuum adsorption platform and PLC intelligent control, supporting stable coating in -20℃–150℃ environment.

In actual use, coating speed is 0.1–200mm/s adjustable, positioning accuracy ±0.01mm, film uniformity error ＜3%, stably producing coatings from 50nm to 500μm. Customers realize full-scenario coating from solution to high-viscosity slurry via programmable recipes, automatic feeding and online thickness measurement, compatible with glass, wafer, copper foil, PET, PI and other substrates.

The equipment runs stably and is easy to maintain, becoming a core platform for new energy and semiconductor research, greatly improving experimental repeatability and sample yield.
